$20.00/ Month - Access to 2 Leadership Academy Workshops (1 Scholar, 1 Mentoring session), 1 Participatory Defense Shadow session and (4) 1-hour sessions, with activity of choice, with the 2-4-1 Support System. Also, pledge person/ business and nominated scholar (if desired) will be recognized in our e-mail, social media, website and possible print materials related to the Organization, in Black + White.

$50.00/ Month - Access to 4 Leadership Academy Workshops (2 Scholar, 2 Mentoring sessions), 2 Participatory Defense Shadow session and (4) 2-hour sessions, with activity of choice, with the 2-4-1 Support System. Scholars will receive free suit and interview attire, free access to the Monthly Meet and Greet. $100.00/ Month - Access to all 8 Leadership Academy Workshops, 4 Participatory Defense Shadow session and (7) 2-hour sessions, with activity of choice, with the2-4-1 Support System. Scholars will receive free suit and interview attire, free access to the Monthly Meet and Greet, and be awarded at the Graduation Ceremony. The pledge person will receive a Strentgh In #’s T-shirt, and the pledge person/ and nominated scholar (if desired) will be recognized in our e-mail, social media, website and possible print materials related to the Organization, in CoLoR.
*Reservations go on a first-come, first serve-basis. Your allotted times will depend on the communication between you and your contact person at the Organization.
Volunteer Opportunities
If money is not something that you are able to give, perhaps you could give some of your precious Time. . .
In our 2 Workshops, the Leadership Academy and Participatory Defense, we have volunteer opportunity options for community members, as well as for re-entry and recovery-related service providers to help.
In the Leadership Academy workshop and support squad, there are positions for
· co-facilitators
· keynote speakers
· mentors
· tutors and
· general office.
Within the Participatory Defense workshop and support squad, the two arms where general support positions are available are for citizens CURRENTLY IN PRISON, and for RETURNING CITIZENS.
Also, within our Activity spaces; the Creation Station, The Donation Station and Vocation Station… We are seeking for Experts, craftsmen and women in the areas of mixed media arts, music and film production, philanthropic work and trade-related skill sets and internship opportunities.

Your Thoughts . . .
Our Founder is writing a book in order to raise funds to continue to build our programs and services, titled, “If I knew then what I know now” Past presents for the Future. It is a book that is made up of excerpts of people’s thoughts/ philosophies on areas of manhood that they believe would possibly help someone, from a wide array of topics.
